Welcome to my website of ONLINE FITNESS sessions!
Have a peek at the huge variety of daily classes on offer including shorter session such as ab workouts, upper & lower body ones, workouts with weights, stretch classes, activation band workouts and of course HIT classes - both cardio and strength.
Then there's a regular programme of longer classes including two Zumba classes a week, two Pilates classes, Kettlercise, Boxing Drills, STRONG Nation (an amazing HIT class), Fighting Fit, Aerobics as well as Legs Bums and Tums! Wow!
And the best thing is that you don't have to do the classes when they are live on the site, you can do them AT ANY TIME that suits you and AS MANY TIMES as you want!
You also get access to a huge library of classes from ALL the previous weeks since lockdown began!
The cost? £10 a week for UNLIMITED ACCESS.

Fitness and exercise have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and I qualified as a fitness instructor in 1995. Since then I have continued to develop my skills in lots of different areas to be able to offer a wide range of new and exciting classes and over the years I've trained to teach Step, Khai Bo, Box-a-cise, Spin, Kettlercise, Insanity, Body Combat, Body Pump, Pilates, Pound Fitness and Zumba.
I am also a Level 3 Personal Trainer and I ran my first Half Marathon in October last year!
